No one called me regarding the status of our car on the day we were told the car would be ready. I had to make multiple calls. Your reptionist claims the company "will work with" me but this was not the case. I am a very busy working professional and my time to pick up the car was very limited. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication at the critical time.
