Generally the service was great. Alexandra was very accessible and did a great job of coordinating with Insurance as well as providing updates on a periodic basis via email and phone.
However, the car still has some issues from the work done during the repair. Some trim pieces were not attached properly resulting in a rattling sound. The window regulator is not working properly. The alignment is not done correctly. Does not inspire confidence in the rest of the work that I am unable to inspect.
