Although the drop off and pick up experience was good. And the car was fixed in a timely manner. I noticed a new scratch on my car that was not there when I dropped the car off.

The repair work is fine and that vehicle inspection sticker and rear view mirror were installed prior to pick up.
At present, the only concern is that AC is not working. I tried auto and manual modes but it keeps blowing warm/hot air. I am not sure, if something was disconnected to facilitate the repairs and needs to be addressed.
Please inform when can I bring in the car for this item.

****. Bad communication. I was told I will be informed when the car is ready for pickup but I wasn't. I was hoping to get a text or call on Friday 12/10 but didn't get anything. There was no follow-up on the next day Saturday either, even though the office was open. On Monday 12/13, I got a call saying that I have to pick it up the same day or I will be charged out of pocket for a day for the rental car. I had a pack d schedule on Monday but still had to rush to get my car.
The behaviour of the staff was extremely unhelpful and they kept passing the buck to enterprise and Geico for the problem.
2. While giving my car for repair I was told it will be vacuumed but when I picked up it wasn't. When I pointed it out to your staff they again started blaming geico for it. If the three companies work in the same office campus there should be more coordination and cooperation between them.
Very very bad experience.
