Really appreciated the shuttle to/from home! Car was clean and ready. Such convenient and quick services during estimate, drop-off and pick-up of the car. Receptionist didn't always sound like she wanted to help when I made calls to the shop, and even took my shuttle request the day before but then "forgot" to send the car the next day. Other than front desk, everyone there was friendly, quick to address me upon entry and helpful. Thanks!

The dent repair on my car looks flawless. I was so impressed it came out looking good as new in just a few days. Only complaint would be the attitude of the receptionist. She was upset that I walked passed her to speak to my insurance representative and asked me if she could help me in a very aggressive tone with a nasty look on her face. My boyfriend and I both looked at each other in shock that our harmless mistake would warrant such an unnecessary overreaction. Luckily she saw us look at each other so she quickly changed her tone. A moody receptionist was just the last thing I wanted to deal with after going through the awful experience of a car incident resulting in hundreds of dollars worth of repairs.

My paddle shifter breaking behind my steering wheel was 100% in response to the collision. I believe if the mechanics would have voiced that to an insurance company who could care less about the details and want to ship the car out with as little financial burden as possible. That is insurance companies AMO. I’m sure the mechanics know that. I felt like just a number. And walked away with my car still having damage.
