Completely satisfied with the work done on my truck, even though they put an emblem in the wrong location. I was a little intimidated when walking in the front doors, the way the office is set up as soon as you walk in 8 people look right at you. To many people just waking around. Individual cubicals would be less intimidating and offer more privacy.

I tried dropping of the car on Friday morning. But geico agent said they will not start working on car until Monday morning. We were hoping if they had started working on car on Friday morning. We could have got the car back by Monday or Tuesday. But seems weekends there is no work done and we were without the car for 4 days.
