this may seem like a dumb thing to say.... however i felt a little rushed and would have liked someone to walk me out to my car and show me the details that they did. secondly it seems that the front bottom of my car before i took it out of the shop had already hit a parking block or curb stopper as the front of the car on the new front passenger side has scuff marks on it. i noticed this as i was picking up my car. also the passenger side door feels a few nana meters out of sync with the other side..
these are such minor things but i couldn't say i was 100% satisfied without these details mentioned..

I really liked having the text updates. Even though the job took longer than first estimated, being updated meant everything. I cant stress enough how nice it was to know what is going on the entire time my car was in the shop. My car looks great.

My back bumper was damaged on one side and it was supposed to get fixed and painted by your company. It has been fixed but you did not paint the entire bumper. There was an old small spot on the bumper from previous times, that you guys were not nice enough to paint over. You just paint around the spot and just left it there, that is very annoying to see that you could have easily taken the time to paint over the spot to make the bumper look all even, but you did not, and every time I look at it I think to myself I should have taken my car somewhere that they would care more about the customers. Thank you.

My car was schedule to be done on Friday and it was not done until Monday evening, I did not receive a call for the delay until I call on Friday before closing time to find out that the car was going to be there until Tuesday. And I receive the call that my car was done until Tuesday when I had an e-mail that my car was done on Monday afternoon.
