I was called yesterday to pick up my car after 5 pm in Friday or if not by 5:30 I could get it this morning. When I drive down this morning my car wasn't finished yet. I checked the message to make sure your office wasn't waiting for a call from me but there was so request for callback and no call changing the status. I'm sure it was a small oversight but I hope you can fix that in the future.
