Give folks as much notice as possible with regards to updates on when to pick up their car.

There is a small dent that was not fixed when the rear quarter panel was repainted. When I initially met with the estimator, I was assured that the dent will be addressed when the area is painted and blended. This was the main reason I decided to have the car repaired at Arseen. The other reason was because this shop is by far the best looking shop I've ever been to. The biggest, cleanest, and professional looking. I have no doubt the shop manager or owner, Bill, can make things right for me. I'd like to continue doing business with this shop.
