During the pick-up yesterday, I noticed imperfect work on the repair on the rear bumper. The staff told me that the work's still fresh; may be coming back after a few day we can buff it off. It was small enough to let it go I told. I drove home and noticed that there were hairline scratches at the corner of the bumper as well. I came back the next morning. Another staff kindly used rubbing compound taking them off. I showed the imperfect work. He told that's under the clear coat. He tried to rub it off but it didn't work. Well, it's small enough I can let it go as I didn't want to get it repair and take a rental car again. I drove home and again realized there's a small dent on my trunk door. I bought the car new last year. As far as I remember there is no dent there before the accident and the fix. This's just leaving me the feeling of not completely satisfied. Shouldn't the staff do some quality control work before releasing the car making sure the car is completely fixed? I think it would be better when taking the car for the body work we do a round and point out existing damages, dents, scratches if any and do the same when releasing the car. Many things could happen during the 4 days at the shop. Before and after checks would give both customers and shops on the same page on how things are going.

Everything went great. Everybody was very helpfull. You are lucky to have the staff that you have. I will tell people about this place. Also Bill Arsenous was very helpfull. A bad experience was made better by your staff. Thanks again and keep up the outstanding customer service. Steve Ramirez

The repair was good except when picking the vehicle the paper work should be ready but the person who handle our paperwork asked us if we have to pay the deductible but I told him that it was waived. I even showed him my Insurance already paid Unseen. It took us sometime until for him to see the payment was already mailed out from Geico
