The auto work was completed satisfactory however the car was not cleaned satisfactory. Dusty inside and seats and carpets should have been wiped.

Happy with the paint job repair on my bumper. The problem is the guys who did the work pulled apart my trunk and did not put it all back...they left a total mess. Not acceptable as it takes away from the good repair work and it reflects badly on Arseen as a company....just a customer service comment that should be addressed.
And Yes...I would still use Arseen and recommend Arseen to others as the repair work was done well.

Overall, customer service was not satisfied. Especially, the answering attitude of front desk were not friendly at all. The other issue is when I left the car, it was misleading me to get completely estimate, not for fixing. It was misleading by lacking of information.
