First of all, I was so nervous to drop my car off and get a rental etc.... and people were SO NICE. So reassuring and made everything so easy. They made this experience so simple and I have already recommended them to anyone who will listen! Hopefully I won't need to be back? But if I ever need too, I will definitely bring my car here.

I appreciate the quick work. I was worried that we weren't going to get our car back in time for a family trip but you guys were able to get it done! Thanks to your hard work, my infant daughter was able to meet her grandparents for Christmas - thank you all!

When I picked up my car I noticed that the trunk would open too high. Later that day, I called and spoke with the front attendant who said they had never heard of this happening but to bring it back in to be looked at. At night when I opened my trunk to use it, it wouldn't open at all. I took it back on a Tuesday and they said the hydraulics went bad which could have happened "due to the car sitting for a while and not being used". At first they said I would have to pay for this as it would not be covered under insurance. Eventhough my car was in great working order prior to dropping it off. Then after pulling my chart, he told me that insurance would cover them and to come back on Friday to replace them. I came back Friday and they were replaced. I walked out to open the trunk and again, it opened too high. I had to jump to pull it down. One of the mechanics walked by and asked if it all looked okay. I told him no. I told him it still opens too high. He told me "my wife is short and has the same problem" I told him I've had this car for over 6 years and never once have I had to jump to close my trunk. He then told me that my previous hydraulics were probably bad the whole time. Being extremely fed up, I left. Still, my trunk opens too high and I have to continue to jump to close it. It then catches towards the bottom where you have to push even harder to close it. Yes, the body shop "fixed" my car. But then messed it up entirely and tried to put the blame on me and my height. At this point I'll be reaching back out to Geico to get this fixed.

Cory was awesome. The repair seemed not to fit as well as it might but it's aftermarket so to be expected. Took longer than I thought. Overall excellent job.
