Awesome customer service. The employees made me feel very comfortable and they made sure I was getting the service I need. I would recommend this place and I, myself might start bringing my car to this place if I need any service.

Very easy drop offf and pickup process. Great daily updates. Repair looks good. Only drawback was the long wait time to get an estimate and an appointment for the repair. Took a few weeks. Also newly installed fog light doesn't match the one on the vehicle, central body is working to remedy that.

The estimated completion date came and past several times. I was frequently told someone would call me with the status of my repair and no one would call with updated information. The wrong bumper was ordered that caused delays. I was told it was overnight shipped, but it didn't show up until almost a week later. Then I'm told the wrong grill inserts were ordered for my new bumper which incurred even more delays. The total time to fix the vehicle was nearly a month longer than the original estimate. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with an auto body repair shop. I will never use this place again, will ensure none of my friends and family have work done here, and will be reporting this extremely poor service with my insurance company that actually recommended your company so that USAA won't recommend you to their customers either.

I wish I had an estimate on time it would take to have the vehicle when finished with repairs. I took out the added insurance on the free rental car but the car was in shop for 11 days and the added insurance cost was 220. Bad decision and if I knew the vehicle would be 11 days I would have opted out of the added insurance.

I've been on island over a decade and have never experienced such thorough, professional car service, with particular focus on customer service and attention to details. My family and I are completely satisfied with every aspect of our repairs. The insurance company highly recommended CB&P, and the work was flawless and paint job was a seamless transition and a perfect match. Hands down... best repairs in HAWAII. If it wasn't for for actually getting into the fender bender...
