To Whom It May Concern: The overall protocol of assessing the damage done and pick up of the vehicle was not professional and I felt rushed and neglected as a customer and client. Also - now that I picked up the car for a couple days the drivers side tire sounds damaged and the car is not driving the same as before. I think I need to bring it back into the shop (this is very inconvenient and a waste of my time as well as a waste of the auto body shops time). Not satisfied at all. I plan on calling the insurance tomorrow to complain and get the car fixed professionally this time. Please give me a call so we can discuss my concerns. Thank you for your time. The work on my car was very well done but most impressive with the customer service I received. Robert was kind and courteous from beginning to end. He worked with my schedule and was so flexible that it made it very easy for me to drop off and pick up my car. I also appreciated that he waved the gas fee for my rental. I would come back here any day and also recommend them to friends who need work done on their cars. Often this kind of thing can be a huge hassle but Robert and the team there made it really a piece of cake. Thank you!

Top to bottom, this could not have been a better experience from a customer service perspective. I really would like to thank Robert from the C&W team, who went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of. I can't wait to tell people about what a positive experience I had. As someone who knows nothing about cars, this can be a pretty daunting experience. I was hit by another driver at no fault of my own, so this was a situation I didn't even want to have to deal with in the first place. The entire team, from the fantastic Geico rep Jim, to Robert helping me get an estimate and a non-accident related scratch on my car fixed was top notch. can't thank you all enough.
