One of the panels doesn't quite fit like it used to. It doesn't match the other side... it's pretty minor. I was told it was because of after market parts. This is a problem with GEICO, but your shop chose to work with them.

I spoke with the gentleman that gave me the car - Robert. Upon inspection of the completed work, I realized that the body shop technicians failed to install a cover plate / panel on the underside of the car.
Robert told me that someone from C&W would follow up with me shortly to schedule an appointment to correct this issue.
