There are still scratches on the driver'side window where the side view impacted the window. The replaced driver's side view mirror is warped and resembles a fun house mirror reflection. There are two lengthy scratches on the roof just above the rear and front driver side doors. There is clear coat over spray on the passenger side window and a small spot of overspray on the passenger side door. When I picked up the vehicle it was not washed and the interior was covered in fine particle dust.

The folks in the office were terrific but the text messages were incorrect and inconvenient. I think you could do without the texting.
