Started work without a consultation and assessment of the damages with estimated costs. I should have been consulted before work began especially since there was work that was expecting me to pay for out of my pocket. You should never start working on someone's property before discussing covered and noncovered repairs. Then had the claim manager hang the pho NH e up in my face in the middle of my conversation. I called back to make sure it was not an accident but the fact my call was not answered or returned proves he done it in malicious intent. Not a way to treat customers who are unhappy. More communication would have prevented this. Will not return or recommend.

I was very pleased with the work that was done to my vehicle, however I thought they could do a better job at actually cleaning the car. There were hand prints left on the glass and the car had to be sent back to vacuum the trunks carpet. The cleaning of the car was not done that well.
