I was told the $485 repair would take 3-4 days but it was 7 work days. Each time I thought it would be ready I made plans to be in Framingham. The delay was never explained.

Just want to bring to your attention a part forgot to mount and left loose inside the car, then while driving back home the loose part fall inside near the fan assembly and made noise while driving, today morning I was about to go workshop thinking broken belt, then noticed the new loose parts near the belt.
Thank God , no damage to car

It took way too long. It took 3 weeks to paint the hood and bumper. Why not just take the car when you are ready to start instead of paying for my rental car for 3 weeks?
