I was told 3 different times truck would be ready Friday morning!!
I asked each time are you sure they said yes !! I had to take off work to pick up truck so needless to say I lost $170 of pay because truck was not ready till after 4 pm Friday... you have piss poor communication there or Incompetent
People working for you.. like I was supposed to get text message
About progress of truck repair???? Nope started getting them late Thursday
And Friday what the Helll.. I am not impressed with any of this after I lost a days pay $170 and pd out $500 for my deductible!!!

Had questions about an additional cost
Called in. Spoke to Ashley. She was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough to explain the additional cost. She told me to call geico so I did. Diana was amazing at geico and was able to professionally explain everything. Ashley may need additional training on costumer service and knowledge of repairs.
Car “completion” times were changed several times, I was shocked that my car was done today and we had to scramble to pick up. Diana did offer an alternative, thanks Diana, but radley did not make me aware of this.
Car was fixed and looks good! Thanks
