For the most part the repairs were done well. The trailer adapter was not fixed but they were very quick to order it after addressed. I have to go back in to get it put on. I was told the trailer hitch was not bent but it was never taken off. When i took it off i found the lock was broken and the hitch itself was bent. The truck bed liner was marked as bowed when i dropped it off and it is still bowed once i picked up the truck. It questions the attention to detail that was actually applied to the assessment and work put towards the truck.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end, it was as if I was receiving some type of VIP treatment.
