Hello!
I want to let you know first off that I appreciate that my issue was addressed and made correct - except my time. I live almost 30 minutes away and had to make the trip twice due to my car not being detailed properly. Where the repairs were done on the right rear the car looked shiny and the trunk latched properly. I didn't think too much about it until we drove off. We started noticing the interior looked dusty in the sun. When we got home we did a better inspection and the car was not clean. I had can goods in the trunk that had exploded and there was still dried food on the trunk mat. There was repair dust on everything - interior, engine area and trunk. I called back and spoke with Ashley. She said that an appointment could not be made until someone looked at the car. We brought the car back and had it looked at. The gentlemen who looked at it ( forgive me, I forgot his name!) looked it over and decided it was indeed not up to your standards and had the shop go over it again. The redo took about 45 minutes. So I had about an hour and a half of my day that was wasted time and some hassle as well. If there was some way to fix that, then I could say I was 100% satisfied.
The car does look wonderful and I am pleased with it now. Just too bad it wasn't done right the first time.
