I loved the almost daily updates on the car and knowing you were taking great care of it. Ashley on phones does a great job and is a good communicator to have at your front door/first person you come in contact with.
On the downside of Radley Collision Center is your hours of operation. While I understand that majority of customers are government employees, I am a private sector employee who works from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in DC and therefore getting to your shop by 6 pm or at 7:30 am is not really convenient for me. Had I known your hours of operation, I would have asked Geico to select another shop to make the repairs. My suggestion might be to extend your hours two days a week to accommodate people with later hours.
