drove for over an hour to pick up my truck and when i get ready to leave i put foot on brake to put truck in gear and brake pedal goes to the floor. surely i could have been notified of this before i drove so far on a friday evening, and i could have either authorised repairs or made other arrangements. the repair work looks great.

I am not 100% certain that everything was fixed. I found a paper in my car that had a techs writing about both top edges being broken/torn or something like that. There was nothing wrong with the bumper before I was hit on 7/22. I am sure of that because I was rear ended in November in a more serious accident on i95 and they replaced the rear bumper cover. It looks like the bumper is still out further on one side vs the other. I just want to make sure everything was done properly.

My backup camera does not work. The camera copme on when the truck is placed in Reverse. When I dropped off the vehicle for repair this function worked. There were pink paint drops on both the driver's and passenger sides of my car. I rubbed them off myself. The bumper wasn't put on correctly, both sides do not match. The frame could have been damaged from the accident which caused there to be a difference on both sides of the bumper.

Tint on my passenger side front window was scratched during repair to the door rear bumper still has a gap between it and back side panels and trunk compartment. ill be taking it to another body shop to see if they can figure out whats wrong. Unacceptable work for the amount of time that my car was there.
