I was disappointed when I picked up my car that no one walked me though the repairs. I was given my keys and a paper with the parts and labor costs.
I was expecting to have some one at least walk me through the final repairs and maybe even do a walk around of the car with me.
Up until receiving my car I was very happy.

everything was great except for notifying me when my vehicle was ready. I had to find out through an automatic email and then they call me once i responded to the email asking if it was ready and kinda felt attitude from a female and said i would be contacted once someone came back from lunch and never was. so i called back and they said i was already notified. need better coordination on that part but everything else was fine.
