Dealing with the insurance company was actually not as difficult as it could be but i had problems with the customer service with the radley employees themselves. They were rude on multiple conversations id had with them checking up on my car and then i got a message saying my car would be done and theyd call id it wasnt and i got there to pick up my car and it wasnt ready.
The girl at the front desk had no problem making me feel like an idiot coming to pick up my car when they didnt have the decency to call me that it wouldnt be ready. I wont be taking my business back to them based on this unless they are a last resort.

I will never take my car here again to get fixed. One of the employees told me something one day and when came to pick up my car she says something different. After I picked up my car it was making a loud noise, they didn't put something on right. Now it seems like I need brakes! Horrible place, don't recommend it at all.

The front panel that was replaced on my Nissan Rogue did not fit properly and I refused to accept the car until it is fixed. The Geico adjuster agreed. The car is being redone. Very poor work.

Vehicle was not ready when you said it would be necessitating a long wait at your dealership only to be told it would not be available . Because of my inconvenience and distance to travel that my completed SUV would be delivered when finished. Later was called and told that couldn't be done requiring me to make another trip in heavy traffic . The work was well done but surprisingly expensive since no parts were required.

There is still a small dent in the passenger rear door. At first I decided it was no big deal, but the more I think about it I become dissatisfied because it shouldn't have been left there. Granted, it would cost a little more to take the door off and knock out the dent, but that's not the point. If both doors were dented, then both doors should have been repaired. Customer service was awesome!
