Completed ahead of promised time. Just had to give up the car keys, pay deductible and drive away. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Only wish it had been in Scranton area rather than having to drive 26miles on busy Route 81.

My parents dropped the car off and talked to Mike. When I needed to speak to someone I talked to another Mike (Mike #2). He was very nice and helpful in coordinating my car repair since I was traveling overseas. I haven’t seen my car in person yet, but I’m sure it’s great!

The customer service was great. There was a mix up when I dropped my car off on my part, with the time of service. Michael from GEICO was nice and took the time to explain the process to me. The service was quick and efficient. I was still able to be done in time to make my meeting. My car was ready within a day, the repairs look ones GREAT!!! Additionally, they cleaned the inside and outside of the car and returned it to me and GREAT CONDITION... I was very happy with the service ????!!!
