Universal has done a fabulous job fixing my car. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure my car ran perfectly before turning it over to me. We will definitely use them again for any future car repairs.

You guys went above and beyond what I expected. Your front office staff called me every couple of days to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I had damage all along the passenger side and I was so afraid that I was going to pick up my vehicle and the passenger side look brand new while the driver side was still dirty and dusty. Well, my whole truck looks brand new!!! Y’all even vacuumed out the inside and wiped the dust off the dash! I can’t believe it. I will recommend you to anyone.

Your staff are nice and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle except at the end. The completion date kept being delayed and delayed. No one was proactive about telling me about completion delays. Additionally when I picked up my truck, it was pulling hard to the right. It seems strange that no one would’ve noticed this during a test drive. Was there a test drive?
