Communication was very poor. Four different completion dates were not met and no notices of delays were received. I learned of them only after calling you on the days repairs were to have been completed. I was not notified on 7/6 that the repairs would be done at 5 PM. I learned this when I called you at 4 PM. Your lack of communication was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Poor quality parts were sourced to fix my broken car when I gave specific instructions to use OEM parts only. A lot of time and money were wasted having to do it twice.
I also found one of the younger front desk employees to be quite rude.
The only silver lining is that the job is done correctly now

The only thing that I wish was correctly replaced on my car was the Chevy logo bowtie. I had a custom black logo instead of a gold one when I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car after the repairs were made, there was a gold Chevy logo bowtie on the front of my car instead of the black I originally had. But the car itself looked flawless.
