The car makes a loud popping noise and a thump can be felt in the middle floor area towards the rear of the car. This occurs when I hit a slight bump in the road or sometimes after completing a turn. Jason Capps said that I could bring it back in and someone in the shop would take a look at it.

I was rear ended by someone else and Geico had me go to your garage. My car look brand new!! They had to replace the bumper and muffle. They even wash my car and left goodies in my car. Also Geico and the rental car were all in once place. So it was very easy to drop off my car, pick up the rental, and continue on with my day. The entrance that brings towards the garage is kind of narrow. I would highly recommend your shop!! Thank you for all of your help!!

I brought the car home tonight and after taking another, closer look at it, the bumper looks like it just doesn't fit properly. There's a fairly large gap on both sides between bumper and side panel, and the edge where the bumper meets the side panel on the right side of the car right above the tire isn't smooth.
