The receptionist treats customers like you're just another number. No warm greeting. Disappointed both times I came. She probably thinks, " I don't get paid to smile." I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the treatment and quality of repair related to the recovery of my car, but personally, I felt a little underestimated with the daily text messages that were supposed to make me feel like I was getting a highly personalized accompaniment of my case and were really only generic mass texting messages. I suspected all along, but the final proof came when on the same day I received a call saying my car was ready, I received a text saying my car would be ready three days later, and while I was driving home with the car the next day, I received a message saying it would be ready in two more days. Opps. If you are going to send "personalized" updates, send real personalized updates. Nobody likes finding out that the comforting hand they are holding on to is really that of a computer spam.
