What kept me from saying no may have been beyond anyone’s control. The front office staff and customer service was great! It did take longer for the work to be completed than communicated and the car was still not totally back to normal when released. The rear driver turn signal light was blinking much faster, which is an indication of the bulb going out, and I had to return to have this replaced. Perhaps the filament broke during the disassemble or assembling of the rear quarter panel? Perhaps this could have been checked before the vehicle was released? Anyway, other than another trip the staff was very accomodating and answered all of my questions. Great people!

Everyone at Great Plains worked very hard to please me and make the transition easy for me to cope not having my own vehicle!! The girls at the front desk from Gabby to the rest were very friendly and helpful with not only the rental car but with the delay in getting my car back to me in the time they promised to have the work completed!! There happened to be a back order for a part which delayed the process a little! The girls and another gentleman assured me they were on top of the situation so everything worked out fine!!
The work done on the car looked excellent and the paint blended in very well!! Great job men who worked on my car!! Thank you all for making this a very easy situation to have done!! I will pass this on to others who need body work done!! Bill Spiecker
