You don't have to contact me. My only disappointment was the paint chip on the door handle that could have been touched up so I didn't have to do it myself when I left. No big deal but I would think that it would have been done because it had to have been damaged during the repair.

Did not receive any updates, sent to wrong account. Told that car repairs would be completed by March 31. Received a call on March 23 that car was ready, unfortunately, I was out of town on business. Attempted to pick up on March 24 however, car was not ready. Needed transmission fluid added. Almost unable to drive back to Great Plains Auto to remedy. On a positive note, my vehicle was dropped off to my house after repairs completed.

Want to start by saying i am very particular. Started off with a Tues evening dropoff and Fri pickup. Found out Thurs work would not be completed until Mon due to longer than expected parts shipment. Was very upset since had to have car over weekend. GPAB agreed to furnish rental car for me. Work was completed on Mon. Have to say I'm very pleased with work. And Crystal was very professional thru entire process. I will recommend to friends.
