I've known Ed for years & he is aways a pleasure to work with. The entire staff goes out of their way to insure things go smoothly at every step. The quality of the repairs is always outstanding and the car was delivered ahead of schedule.

My Allstate claim to Great Plains auto body was put through easily. It was strangely nice when I called and they were already expecting me. They knew what they were expecting and they told me upfront what to expect from them. I felt very up to date by the emails and text messages that i received. I didn't even have to worry about a phone call. I felt like everything was being handled because the emails were very clear and understandable. I did receive phone calls from crystal and she made everything clear and was very responsive to any questions I had. Crystal and her team listen to my concerns about the events that happened to my vehicle and took care of the situation in a manner that was very respectful and professional. The overall customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. Having your car crushed and wrecked is a nightmare. But dealing with this body shop I felt like this situation was handled in a carring way that I didn't even have to be stressed out. Thank you Great Plains Auto Body.
