Only comment is that RON and I had talked about repairing the dent on the left front wheel well bumper. That was not completed and I was not charged for the service.
Overall - I chose Great Plains because of past experience and was not disappointed with the repairs completed.

Everyone was respectful and nice, but the work was not done well. I had to get new tires. All of them were not properly inflated. The car was very dirty. There was a blue dirty rag left on the seat. Everything was all dusty. The car had bird poop on the front, it could at least have been washed. All in all appeared to not care about the quality of the work. The car pulls to the left badly too, will have to get it aligned and cleaned. Was expecting better quality of service.
