There is a baseball sized cloudy spot on the paint where the repair was made, and the wheel well flare does not match. I have yet to notify them of this, so I am sure that they will handle the problem with no issues.

Not happy at all that the windshield was not repaired. I stated to my Allstate claims rep that their estimator did not include it in their estimate. Claims rep made a note of it and told me to tell the body shop abt it and they would work it out. I told Great Plains abt it when I dropped it off. They were like oh sure, we'll make a note and work with your insurance company. Sure enough, I show up today and it's not repaired. I say something to the receptionist and then talk to someone from the shop. I was pretty much called a liar and that it was a rock chip, that hail breaks the windshield or doesn't break it. I know my vehicle and noticed it immediately after the storm. The chip is also on the passenger side where the majority of the damage took place. My insurance company was more than willing to work with me on this. Why weren't you? All you had to do was contact them and they gladly would have paid for it. Also your receptionist gave me someone else's invoice. I didn't notice until I got home. I called and let her know and told her to email it to me. I asked her if she had my email and she did. Well, she emailed it to the wrong address. Fortunately it was my brothers email address. Not all was bad though. You did great work. I don't blame the body shop at all. I blame your office staff. I feel that they did a poor job of communicating my request to them as well as to my insurance company. I was also quite surprised that the car was detailed inside and out. So in closing, pleased with the shop, not so impressed with the office.

We were happy with the work and service. However, there seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication. We were under the impression that it could be done after two days based on insurance time frames and information provided by the desk workers when we called for a status update. Our insurance approved a rental car for only two days and we were not informed the third day would be covered by your company until we brought it back on the second day. We were also mischarged at payment after I had spoken to a representative there and told her we had already been paid by our insurance company. I had to call back to complete payment and kept getting bounced through the phone system.

Honestly, I have never had a bad experience here. From start to finish the staff is always completely detailed and thorough, friendly, and accommodating. They keep me updated on the progress of my car and every time have finished the work in less time than I originally thought.
