I was surprised about the customer service. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My car was not only fixed perfectly, I was shocked how clean it was inside! I appreciate all the hard work.

The shop called to tell me my car was ready to pick up and sent me an email as well. I went to pick up and it was not ready and had an error messsage displaying so they told me to come back the following day. The shop is over 20 minutes from my home and this was a huge inconvenience and s waste of my time. I would recommend you don’t call until the car is out of the garage so you are sure it’s complete. This exact scenario happened in the fall when i had my car in the shop for a repair.
