. I’m very impressed by the quality and color match of the paintwork. 2 quick suggestions: (****) the shielding of interior from painting / paint buffing could be better for the cargo area and the vertical surfaces of the seats (I understand that the paint guys may be under a lot of time pressure). (2) the black plastic triangle on the inside of the rear passenger door is also misaligned: I hope y’all would be able to straighten those 2 black triangles in the future.

The rear panel on the vehicle that was replaced was not attached to the frame. I have to bring it back now. Also, the key fobs were malfunctioning, so I had to bring it to the dealer to be diagnosed, which is still ongoing. My wife actually raised this issue immediately with the mechanic before leaving and he was dismissive, saying it clearly was a dead battery. However, the car was purchased in October with 9,200 miles on it and both key fobs were malfunctioning. This is clearly not a case of two dead batteries. All of these things should have been completely fixed when we picked up the vehicle and my wife’s concerns absolutely should not have been dismissed outright.

The repair itself seems to be ok so far but I am very disappointed in the customer service experience. I received the texts that said when it was estimated to be done (3 days longer than the original estimate). It also said I would be notified if there was any delay. There was delay. And I was not notified. I had to call several times and even then didn’t get a response. Only after my husband had to step in did we get any kind of answers. The whole thing was very frustrating and took MUCH longer than we were first told. Customer service shouldn’t be that difficult. Even when I picked up my van, no one took me out to show me the repair or anything. Very disappointed in my experience.

The work was done well and for the price quoted. However, I was not call about the job completion until 5:48 pm on Friday, and given the traffic at that time of day could not get to the shop by 6:00 pm and I was without my car for the weekend. Great work on the car but poor consideration of the needs of the customer.
