Sandra always contacted and updated me during my car's repair. When I was there, Kayla was always cheerful despite the phone ringing a lot. The repair was better than I deserved. My car is still not 100%. I don't understand why they would install a reverse camera that doesn't work and not fix it. I asked if it had a warranty and called twice. Kayla told me she would have someone call me back and once again they didn't. I have been trying to get help for over a year. I am not sure why no one will help me.

Great work. Lovely staff that were helpful in ensuring I got car back in time for holiday travel. Area for improvement: communicating changes to estimate (additional parts and labor) once year down was complete. I learned about added items from the final invoice lying in car seat when I picked up.
