There was apparently a lack of communication between geico and the body shop, resulting in a large gouge being painted over. But even if it was not understood to be within the scope of work, why wouldn't your tech just repair a large defect that was front and center on the bumper?

They called me to pick up the car on Saturday 10th and the bumper was misaligned and some plastic pieces were loose. They told me they were going to call me on Monday, nobody called, I called myself Monday afternoon to my surprise they told me that I had to pick up my car that day that it was all fixed. I went on Tuesday morning, again the Geico gentleman was not cooperative at all and after i ask him to fix additional details you shut the door real hard while i was leaving. Then a lady call me around noon and told me that i needed to pick my car the same day before 6pm or they will charge me for the rental.
