My car was delivered extremely dirty (especially on the inside, I took pictures of the condition it was given to me); I dropped off my car with about 3/4 of a tank of gas and received it back with less than a quarter with no explanation regarding miles driven, and/or reason for low gas; also, there's a scratch on the wheel that was identified when I dropped off my car and it was not repaired.
I expect to receive an explanation as to why the vehicle was not inspected prior to returning it back to me.

This repair was estimated to take 2-3 days. The emails I received stated I would be called if anything changed. It took 8 days, with updates starting only after I showed up to pick up the car and pay for repairs after the third day. This most recent experience is not the first time this shop has completely failed to accurately communicate with me. This is regrettable and means I will not be returning for future business.
