You turned an unfortunate experience into a good one. Thank you. I liked the fact that you all were knowledgeable and also you were pro-active with all aspects of the repair process.... Right down to handling the rental car portion of the situation. Also liked reflective talk at pick-up regarding new car related recommendations for me in looking for a new vehicle. Andrew and receptionist were top notch. The people who did the actual work did a better than anticipated repair by far...(I crawled under the vehicle to see the workmanship)! The detailing / cleaning was an unexpected and very much appreciated treat for me as well. No whining, stories, yes buts, or other BS too.....I've been around...so I know how great your performance was vs. what it could be! I even smiled at the little happy face on my bill envelope! :).
