I signed up for the text messages where they update me on my car and yesterday I received that my car was done but when I called the lady told me my car wasn't even done paint. The person in training hit the wrong button and no one even called me to let me know. I ended up freaking out because the message told me I picked up my car. Other than that my experience has been amazing

I choose Winner collision due to Geico suggesting that if I use their approved company it would be quick and everything was in one location. I was notified that my car was ready to be picked up, I arrive and my bumper is still cracked and they have just slapped some paint in a different crack. I'm not sure why this would even be presented to me as the work being completed. I was informed to come back Thursday. Thursday morning I received a call that it would be delayed until Monday. Friday I received 3 calls about returning the rental car. I informed the caller that i did go in Tuesday but my car was not completed. After the third call I drove to dealership thinking the rental company knew my car was ready since they share an office space. Immediately the receptionist knew my car was not ready. I informed her of the calls. The Geico representative said she would let Enterprise know the dealership would pay for the extra days needed. This did not work for I continued to receive calls to the point I was scared to travel in the rental car thinking I may get stopped for not returning the car. I call on Monday to the Geico Rep. She tells me the car will be ready by 5. I let her know I'm on the way. I get there at 5:02 and the doors are locked. I had to return on Tuesday. The combination of the 3 companies have a communication issue even though they share the same building. My experience was horrible to say the least. I hope to never have another accident but if I do, I will not use Winner for my repair.
