Not all the work was completed and I will have to return. The car was also returned 3x dirtier than when it was dropped off. I’m. blown away that it was not washed. I’ve been here several times and this has never been so.
I’m not looking for a return call. These things should have been done without me asking or arguing, but thanks anyway.

The customer Service was great every time I called for an update and the people in the office were extremely nice. I was especially happy with the service but the reason why I would recommend you is the extra step that you took with washing my car inside and outside. A lot of companies try to cut corners but It’s great to see a company take an extra step.

After $5,000 worth of work, having my car for 3 weeks, I got it back disgustingly dirty, not cleaned vacuumed or anything at all, a grease stain on my cloth interior seats from a wheel, rim or tire placed in my car ON the seat, and a horrible alignment that pulls to the left.. I am absolutely unsatisfied and will NOT ever bring my business there again. not even an apology or anything I'm not happy at all.

I've had multiple services with Manchester collision and in every experience it has taken **** week (or longer) to complete the work than was initially estimated. In addition, no one ever follows up with a phone call to relay the fact that the work will take longer and reset the wait expectation. I have had to call numerous times (as well as drive down when no one answers the phone) only to be given yet another expectation date that is not met. I will not be having work done here again in the future nor would I recommend anyone to ever have work done with your business - it's amazing you are still in business
