I will be calling tomorrow on my day off because the door they replaced does not open... I asked them to address it before I left the shop and was told they fixed it after bringing it back in the garage for a few minutes. When I got home it refused to open again. I understand it's busy but it isn't really convenient for me to have to come back there to have it looked at when it could have been fixed properly before I left. I understand it's hectic so I'm not going to make a big deal of it. But for future reference it helps to be thorough.

The repair and employees were great and very accommodating. However, the inside of my car was absolutely filthy when done. I understand that it's a messy job in the shop, but honestly, how you could ever return a car to a customer that way is beyond me.

Everything was great accept there were additional scratches on my car from the work they performed. They are rectifying the situation the only way they can but obviously not having a vehicle is very inconvenient. I'm lucky I have another to use temporarily. I wonder though if I didn't would Manchester Collision provide compensation for a car needing to be left there to have work done because of their mistake..just curious :-)
