There is still a dent from the accident in the bumber. There is still a big chunck of paint missing on the fron driver side headlight. On top of that, there are a ton of scratches on hood that were not there before. The guy told me that sometimes you do not notce things like that before the repair is done.... I understand that notion clearly as I worked construction for many years. The fact is that there are that many scratches on the hood that I noticed them instantly and as new damage. They were also new scratches and you could tell they were not old scratches. I also compared with pictures of the car before taking it to Avalon. You can clearly see in the before pictures that the scratches are not there. In comparison when you take a picture in similar conditions to compare, tou clearly see the scratches. My experience has not been good. Instead of complaining on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter other social media outlets, I am allowing Avalon a chance to fix these major errors. Please fix this. I have an appointment on Tuesday morning.
