I greatly appreciate the consistent updates about the car, and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, it took a week and a half longer than expected, and after picking it up yesterday I'm noticing a few things that are wrong with it, so now I'm going to have to take it back again. There are many things about the service I am happy with, and I appreciate the hard work... I'm just being extra cautious because I've only owned this car for four months, so I want it to be in great working order.

It took a whole month after what was supposed to be a week, not only was it constantly pushed back but the text updates I recieved was a complete lie. For example I got a text update saying my car was in the body shop but when I called later I found out that it never moved from its parking spot! Instead I was told that you guys ordered the wrong part and had to wait another week for the right one.
