My car took 18 days to get fixed, I was told the incorrect completion date twice. It was only originally supposed to take 8 days. The worst part of the whole repair experience however is that fact the the front lip on my car was broken while under repair and passed off as acceptable.

I was promised a new rental the next day and I was tossed around when I called and then no one ever got back to me. Upon picking up my car it seemed to be ok and when I stopped to get gas and the sun hit my car I noticed there was a small dent in my door that wasn't there previously and there is dust under the paint of my new bumper that left small bubbles.
