Female at the counter when I paid had (0) customer service skills. Rude and very unpleasant. I know it was about 8:00 am and cold out but that's no excuse. I like Faulkner Cadilac and collision for there professional service and great body work. I bet Cadilac aka General Motors would agree with me. Sho dose not represent Falkners MO. With all the good people in the Valley out of work she should think twice before being so rude. Of course I am "nobody" but what if I wasn't. She had no problem taking my 500. I was led to believe that the damage done to my driver's side door would be buffed out so that it wasn't so noticeable. Then also issued me a check for cosmetic appearance for 200.00. Upon looking at the door I was very disappointed in the end results. I understand that there was prior damage to the door on the lower left corner and technically they can't fix that but the guy who hit my car scraped it from one side of the door all the way across and he took the paint off. In my opinion they did absolutely nothing to make the scratches and scrape marks look any better it's more noticeable now and I'm also sure that in time i will have rust going across my entire door. Very disappointing would not recommend your service to anyone else

Door handles are not the same as the other side of the car. When opening the drivers door from the outside it's like you don't have to lift the handle to open it and from the inside you have to tug it harder then it needs to be. I am very unhappy with this situation.

The repair work that was done on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee was very nice, rear fender well trim. But if I understand correctly in order to work on the drivers side rear fender area the spare tire had to be removed from the inside of the Jeep. Who ever removed it did not replace it very well. As I was driving something was making a noise in the back, I did not know what it was until I stopped and checked the back, that is when I found out that the tire was not tide and was raddling. I fastened it correctly. Also I understand that the Battery was disconnected which caused the Jeep to not idle right, it messed up the computer system which was repaired, but I think it is off by 2 or 3 miles per hour. Instead of showing 50 miles per hour it shows 47 or 48 miles per hour. Other than that everything is fine.
