The whole process was smooth and good. My only feedback is that I used the rental service provided and placed my 100 deposit when taking the rental. I was notified that my repair was completed around 430 pm on Thursday and was told that they closed at 5pm. I did not have enough time to get there to pick my car up. I went the next morning on Friday and when I went to get my 100 deposit back they informed me that they couldn't give it to me til Monday because I picked my vehicle up a day late and they had to get it cleared by the insurance. If everything is right on site and it is supposed to be an express process then that should not have been an issue and I shouldn't have to wait a whole weekend for my deposit. It was not my fault that I was informed late in the day that my car was ready. I was also told I would have an email from enterprise stating my reimbursement and still have not received that either.

This was the least painful experience I have had with an auto repair. It was finished on time and was meticulously done. The truck came cackling clean and the cover over the bolts for the passenger front door (not part of the repair) was replaced. It was missing when I bought the truck. I know it is a small thing but a very nice extra touch. Thank you.
