Finishing work was not satisfactory and car was not cleaned totally. Trunk area had white dust on the tray lining. Repaired area was not fitted or aligned properly. Sloppy work, and worst of all my car was left on parking lot overnight and got damaged by the hailstorm and we were not informed by the staff at SDR. Overall experience is unsatisfactory and would have to consider repairing weather damage and future repairs at another bodyshop.

Replacement bumper does not properly fit. There are two missing bumper mounting bolts. There is a missing bolt that holds plastic cover on. Bumper mounting bracket was either damaged in accident or twisted by someone. Needs to be properly repaired.
