I wa completely unsatisfied with the service I received. When I was given my estimate for danger done, I asked for a small 2" dent to be taken care of on the tailgate of the truck, the estimator said "no problem since they would be painting anyway, they could at least prime an paint it." When this wasn't done I confronted the associate that was closing out the job, he told me that materials and labor to fill the dent would be 370 additional dollars. He said I could leave the truck and they would do it, but made me feel as if I was an idiot to expect them to do a complete job.....since the work was done all of my friends, coworkers and family say is "why didn't that dent get done when they were there?".....I wonder the same thing. This is the second time in two years I have had work done....the first was at another place...I know that I will not be bringing my vehicles back to sanders and I will deffinetly spread the word of the poor service...
